Trapeze has a great team of individual contributors and even some directors. However, issues arise at the level of the General Manager (GM) and above. Trapeze is owned by Modaxo, part of the Volaris division, all of which are owned by Constellation Software Inc (yeah, let that sink in). There is no vision, and nothing gets done.
