Trapeze is owned by Modaxo, part of the Volaris division, all of which are owned by Constellation Software Inc (yeah, let that sink in). There is no vision, and nothing gets done. The company does not invest in its products nor its people. Status quo seems to be just fine. Trapeze is the 800lb gorilla, but competitors are starting to infiltrate. Lack of innovation is resulting in lost opportunities and it's not getting any better. Best of luck with your search!

Trapeze has a great team of individual contributors and even some directors. However, issues arise at the level of the General Manager (GM) and above.
