Current Employee Trapeze has a great team of individual contributors and even some directors. However, issues arise at the level of the General Manager (GM) and above. The parent company, Modaxo, is extremely rigid and arguably anti-sales. They require approval for all large deals, which includes every request for proposal (RFP) or new logo deal. Approvals need to go through a very strict governance process involving four different layers (finance, General Manager, Group Leaders, Modaxo ELT), each of which has the power to kill a deal. Selling within this organization is very challenging, and sales cycles can take anywhere from 8 months to over 3 years. Additionally, Trapeze operates its business using Excel, so its internal processes for creating quotes or managing finances are highly prone to human error. Browse Other Reviews
