Layoffs are all over the place, company has changed and the future looks dim. Leadership doesn’t have a clue and hoping for a prayer. Read the reviews on Glassdoor to get more insight but it seems to tell not a good story.

The main benefit is that it’s a remote role ?but the base comp is very low compared to the market

The carrier side is much easier to hit targets. Broker sales targets are way too high and not adjusting to the declining broker market. The base pay is entirely too low on both sides.

There has been significant change over the last few years with the leadership teams, but the founder just came back to lead as the CEO. There has already been product innovation since he’s returned recently and has major ambition to continue innovating within the product suite. Things are looking up with these recent changes!
