Current Employee Absolutely stay away. As an AE, this a full-cycle + AM role. You are responsible for the success of your accounts and the pay is based off how much the company's sales reps use you. They have unrealistic goals and their KPI's all contradict each other. They favor some reps and if you're not it, good luck. Some AE don't hit close to the quota until at least 8-9 months into the role. Commission structure is one of the worst I've ever seen. Unless you get a monster account, you will probably be on the poverty line. Browse Other Reviews
