Current Employee Leadership has adjusted in a bad way. Completely unrealistic budgets and goals and bonus compensation for leaders has become unattainable. Those being effective are receiving increased scrutiny. Additional work for reporting and metrics has been allocated with no purpose outside checking a box. New leaders brought in don't understand the business to where their answer is to make more calls. The organization struggles from a lack of focus where they're trying to do everything rather than focusing on a specific deliverable that can be done very well and scaled across the organization. Very concerned for the future of this business and those who continue to stay here for their career.
