This was one of the most challenging and disappointing work experiences I’ve ever had. The sales org struggles with extremely high turnover... to my knowledge only a couple of salespeople have stayed longer than a year. Every single issue stems from the CEO, whose leadership style is best described as abrasive, dismissive, and extremely disrespectful towards employees. The lack of empathy was staggering. If you’re interviewing here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about historical quota attainment, turnover rates, and how performance is evaluated. It’s also worth reaching out to former sales reps for their perspective — you’ll hear consistent feedback from everybody. Go read the Glassdoor reviews as well.

Thank you for providing feedback about your experience at Vantage. I'm sorry to hear it was such a challenging time and one that left you feeling disappointed and unsupported. You are correct in pointing out the higher turnover that affected our GTM team in the past. This was a dysfunctional environment that we have significantly overhauled with new leadership, clear processes and enablement. These changes have resulted in improved retention, increased morale and an engaged culture. Our current team continues to exceed revenue milestones. It's clear that your time at Vantage was during a prior period of significant transition within our GTM teams under past leadership. We also recognized those issues were disruptive and frustrating and took action to make a few significant changes: * We have a new Sales Leader in place who has built a high-performance team environment focused on structure and accountability. Our current GTM team is thriving with clear territories assignments and transparent lead distribution. Through these efforts, we continue to exceed performance expectations and have achieved significant revenue milestones. * The "psychological endurance training" and "gaslighting" descriptions are unacceptable and represent a culture we have actively rooted out. Again, our current team is happy and performing well together. In fact our most recent eNPS, far surpasses industry standards. We are proud of the transformation we have achieved and the caliber of talent currently driving our success. For anyone considering joining Vantage, we encourage you to look at our recent growth, speak with current team members, and experience the difference our new leadership has made.
