Former Employee This was one of the most challenging and disappointing work experiences I’ve ever had. The sales org struggles with extremely high turnover... to my knowledge only a couple of salespeople have stayed longer than a year. Every single issue stems from the CEO, whose leadership style is best described as abrasive, dismissive, and extremely disrespectful towards employees. The lack of empathy was staggering.
If you’re interviewing here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about historical quota attainment, turnover rates, and how performance is evaluated. You are correct in pointing out the higher turnover that affected our GTM team in the past. This was a dysfunctional environment that we have significantly overhauled with new leadership, clear processes and enablement. These changes have resulted in improved retention, increased morale and an engaged culture. Our current team continues to exceed revenue milestones.
