Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience here was defined by the challenges you describe. It's clear that your time at Vantage was during a prior period of significant transition within our GTM teams under past leadership. We also recognized those issues were disruptive and frustrating and took action to make a few significant changes:
* We have a new Sales Leader in place who has built a high-performance team environment focused on structure and accountability. Our current GTM team is thriving with clear territories assignments and transparent lead distribution. Through these efforts, we continue to exceed performance expectations and have achieved significant revenue milestones.
* The "psychological endurance training" and "gaslighting" descriptions are unacceptable and represent a culture we have actively rooted out. Again, our current team is happy and performing well together. In fact our most recent eNPS, far surpasses industry standards.
We are proud of the transformation we have achieved and the caliber of talent currently driving our success. For anyone considering joining Vantage, we encourage you to look at our recent growth, speak with current team members, and experience the difference our new leadership has made.
