Great co workers and good remote culture, addressable market and product market fit was a challenge

Multiple layoffs in 2023. 25% of company in January. GTM org decimated in June with over 60% let go. The company is struggling on all fronts: culture, PMF, leadership, and reps having any shot at hitting their targets.
