Toxic leadership. They hire large amounts of people, get a ton of productivity and then lay them all off once they've hit their results. They been doing this for years hire and firing is the Wayfair way, the pay was decent but not a place I would plan to stay at for long.

No true sake or sales process. B2B org struggles to deliver value and hit on its main value adds. Top performers are all people that have been at the company for 5+ years and have a solid book. No true enterprise experience.
