I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Xe so far. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, and I’ve learned a lot in a short time. The team is collaborative and genuinely wants you to succeed, and management provides consistent feedback and encouragement. It’s been rewarding to see my own progress and to work for a company that values growth and strong client relationships.

Recognisable name and strong brand presence. Lack of investment in sales tools and development. Good incentive structure and great work life balance. No micromanagement. Pleasant people.

My overall experience is that it's a cutthroat industry with tonne of competition specially in Canadian market but team is small and the culture is great. One of the best Leadership I've worked under, overall sales is a result-oriented job so either you make it or you don't!
