Unsupported and uncompetitive in the market. Zero credit appetite, led by a CFO with no appreciation for culture (it’s an FX brokerage for god sake - it lives and dies by sales) and they operate primarily to protect their legacy, bloated book of SME corporate clients and old dears buying retirement properties in Spain through their corporate book. My overall experience is that it's a cutthroat industry with tonne of competition specially in Canadian market but team is small and the culture is great. One of the best Leadership I've worked under, overall sales is a result-oriented job so either you make it or you don't!
