Current Employee Unsupported and uncompetitive in the market. Zero credit appetite, led by a CFO with no appreciation for culture (it’s an FX brokerage for god sake - it lives and dies by sales) and they operate primarily to protect their legacy, bloated book of SME corporate clients and old dears buying retirement properties in Spain through their corporate book. No appetite to fish in the most lucrative ponds (mid-large corporates in the UK) as that would require some ambition and hunger, which is lacking. Great if you’re a low achieving coaster who wants to live on an average base salary and never get fired, bad if you want to make something of yourself or feel fulfilled at work
