Whole the company culture is amazing, the TAM roles base pay is very low and doesn't have any room for growth. No annual raises are given either for the TAM role.

Great training. Great culture. Top tier leadership Struggling with product market fit, inbounds aren’t great, the SDR team is undertrained leading to bad opps, and the company as a whole is going through a transition to find themselves. There are not currently any reps making quota.
