Current Employee4.0Jan 13, 2025Great Experience, team helps out a lot. Base compensation is not the best in the market.
Current Employee3.7Apr 12, 2024Young sales org, they don't really know what they're doing. Comp is extremely low compared to industry average due to it being a Canadian HQ company. They are able to hire during a rough recession, but I imagine ppl will leave once it's an employee market again.

Current Employee2.1Jul 14, 2025The company isn’t doing well in the sales department. Their new products are competing in an at that’s already well established, and while they somewhat fit. They have some serious limitations , and it makes the solutions hard to sell. Majority of the sales team aren’t hitting quota.

Current Employee2.4Aug 23, 2025Innovation is low, acquired products do not align with the customer needs. Inbound is low, if you are not maximising your existing customer, then you need to do a lot of outbound. A lot of first time managers, not culture builders.
