Does it make sense to join 1Password’s UK team as an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Nordics region? if I'm looking for a role with minimal micromanagement and a realistic path to hitting or exceeding quota over time. I’ve come across quite a few negative reviews over the past year or so.

What happened to 1P? It use to be a great place to work at. Now I'm reading reviews tha the company is going downhill from new leadership?

What is the onboarding and sales training process like for new recruits at 1Password? Do you feel it adequately prepares you for success?

What steps are involved in the sales cycle at 1Password, and have you noticed any recent changes in difficulty when closing deals?

How hard is it to hit Quota at 1password in an SMB or MM role? I see that the decelerators are pretty aggressive and if you miss quota you essentially don't make commission, is that true?

What is the typical advancement path from Sales Development Representative to Account Executive at 1Password, and how challenging is it to make that transition?

Are there any claw backs or decelerators on commission when target is missed for AEs?

How much travel is involved with the Enterprise AE role?

What is the culture like on the sales team? I see on glassdoor a lot of recent one-star ratings from anonymous employees. Are they bitter, or is it toxic?

What's the average deal size for Enterprise, and how big do the bigger deals get? Is it mostly new business or expansion?

What is the actual inbound lead flow like? It seems to have a good ranking but I've noticed a lot of places are seeing a lot less inbound as of late.

Are there commissions for this role? Looking at AE (SMB). A range is provided ($64K to $86K) but no mention if this is base or OTE . No mention of variable pay.
