Good company. Only flaw is they over hire and under pay. Comp plans are far below standard compared to the industry. Leadership, product, career growth and customer base are all very strong.

This company is a terrible place to work. The quotas are unreasonable, and favoritism is rampant, with certain reps receiving inbound leads while others are left struggling. Great product but terrible compensation structure with high thresholds. If you dont make quota,which is rare, you earn practically nothing.
