Current Employee The product is extremely overpriced for the actual value customers get. There are plenty of other AI tools out there that do what 6s does, or better, for a fraction of the cost, sometimes just 20% of the price. 6sense really rode the COVID wave when it was one of the only players in the space, but now it’s getting outcompeted in a lot of ways. Onboarding is slow, with new customers often waiting months just to get started. The data quality is hit or miss, and most of the products are only decent compared to competition. The predictive product is the only truly strong part of the platform, but it’s priced way too high for what it delivers. Internally, diversity is slim to none, and there’s a clear favoritism element that impacts growth and opportunities. Stay clear- you've been warned.
