The biggest issue with ACV is their unwillingness to adjust sales quotas when they had the feedback and data to do so. Quotas also do not take into account the the size of your market only time in position, there fore the turnover is sales is very high. The product is good. Some management decisions are questionable.

Goals are simple: continue to hit their imaginary number, with or without the necessary resources, or be recycled out. This goes for leadership positions as well. The turnover is atrocious.

Culture, leadership, compensation and product all lacking. High turnover, low customer satisfaction, unrealistic goals lead to low quota achievement.
