Can anyone in Majors tell me their experience? 6 years in tech/saas - hate where im at rn.  any help is appreciated! also curious of base/OTE/sign on bonus

I’m pretty sure I was maxed out on my base in majors (or very close to it) at $98,600. ADP doesn’t pay very competitive base salaries - so don’t get too excited.

They also give you zero indication of OTE during the interview process or even while you’re in seat. You just kind of sell and check..

It’s not bad but it’s usually in office or hybrid if you’re okay with that. I think base is like 75 or 85 for mid market ote I would imagine probably about 140-160 but I could be wrong, I was in small business. It truly depends on manager and territory in my opinion. Adp is very old school but ok

I was in Majors and on a team that was very spread out geographically so we didn't have an office to report to, just home offices (not the norm).  I think the base varies by region but I think the previous answer of $75-85K is probably about right.  OTE is really unpredictable.  You can have months where you earn very little commission and other months where it's HUGE (I even heard of someone almost hitting 6 figures for one month's commission but I don't think that was typical).  I never heard of any sign on bonuses so I wouldn't expect that.  Like most companies, it really depends on you local leadership team and their management styles.  I left tech/saas for another industry and it's been a much better experience for me.  With already having 6 years in tech/saas, I wonder if maybe you can do better than ADP Majors?
