ADP can be great, but their base pay is well below the market. ADPs strategy is it doesn’t matter who makes the sale as long as ADP gets the sale regardless of what policy sales otherwise. Opportunity protection barely exist. On the good side you can earn good commission and once over year quota your commission doubles.
