ADP has a very in-depth training program and my entire region's leadership is superb. My first week here I attended an award ceremony and really got ingrained into the company culture. They give you the tools to succeed and the incentives too. You will never be short of quality leads and if you perform well you could make six figures. Pretty solid considering ADP is typically an entry level role and a first step for many.
