My overall experience has been solid. Great training program, awesome for individuals right out of school or looking to transition into sales. SMB space is tough 90% of deals won on price, best thing to do for success is to get in with some great accountants/bankers.

Management was very mico managing. They also put people in bench roles for promotions for years and some don't even get promoted. Good starter for a resume but move on.
