Churn and burn company. Zero promotions across my region within a year. Sales reps are essentially meeting merchants, leadership only cares about meetings. Base pay is good. Overall company culture is the worst of any that I’ve worked for. Get experience here then leave.

Experience was great - good start to sales career and can definitely climb up the corporate ladder. Opportunity to make decent money in first couple of years, then options can open up very well internally or externally
