Current Employee New Business success chance strongly depends on territory. Current and last FY about 10% of New Business reps hit quota. Base AE's all hit quota. Almost impossible not to.
Culture is good, no pressure and understanding of the challenges that new business is facing. Leader in Payroll with strong retention rates of customers who are implemented succesfully. Implementation remains a challenge and cause of clawbacks for sales.
