Sink or swim but very possible to make good money. Commission structure is setup to highly compensate people that overachieve and to punish those that don't.

My experience was that of the good old boys club. If you aren't with them, your against them. Luckily, the VP that was there at my time was fired. Wish I was able to wade through that to stay with the company but could not handle the leadership.

My experience with ADP was mostly good. It was a grind but the 401 k match and benefits were pretty good!
