Depending on your area, you might get a terrible manager who micromanages and does not help you in any way. Also a toxic culture in my office and disrespect and discrimination. Once I brought this to the VP, it got a little better. All of the managers are rather dating or best friends so it’s hard to go to people. Most of my team was going to report my manager to HR which says something.

Leadership has 0 care for any of its employees and only see you as another stat on their board. Commission structure is horrendous and they work you into burn out every month with 0 expectations for growth until someone leaves.
