This company teaches you to sink or swim. The experience you will get is invaluable because it will teach you how to go get your own business and make things happen. You have to take control of finding business into your own hands or you will never make it. The brand is extremely strong in the market, so that will carry some weight with prospects.

I have had a very positive sales career thus far at ADP. However over the last 2 years there have been continuous changes to how accounts are aligned, resulting in lots of changes YoY and quota’s continue to increase.
