ADP pays their employees too little and their slt team is out of touch and thinks we want pizza parties rather than raises. The implementation team for our new platform ranges from good to awful with some implementation people causing deals to push.

Compensation plan is uncompetitive compared to comparative roles considering the average deal length and amount of work done between selling. Some folks do quite well, however it is territory dependent and some leaders are a more natural fit in terms of guidance and success.
