My overall experience was positive. They began lowering OTE in the sales roles which was very disappointing for me. I left solely for that reason - after receiving a promotion, my OTE was substantially lower than previous reps that got the same promotion years prior.

Selling a commodity is hard especially when there are so many cheaper options. Had a good training program but base pay was vey low.
