However quota gets raised to a point where it is obtainable. Employees are forced to move up in the company or get burned out and move out of the company. Lots of turn and burn.

But what they don’t tell you is that the turnover is high not because the job sucks, but mostly because you get super high offers from other sales jobs that double your earnings just because you worked at ADP (known for the amazing sales training).
