Love ADP. I work in a great region, board of directors this year. Culture is amazing. Corporate bullshit can get annoying but overall enjoy the job.

The training and culture is great. But the comp is all over. Only the top 10% of the lucky few will make big money. The rest will have to grind to make a mint. Lots of reps in office small amount of territory to fight over with so many people selling in the same place. Overall great place to start your sales career but only stay if you get that lucky spot.
