ADP SBS is for entry level candidates. The base salary is low compared to other organizations, but if you are a top performer, commission structures will help you get to 100k. I'm a field rep. Made $140k gross in my second full year. Base salary was 56k. That's with hitting 175% annual quota and qualifying for president's club that year. Great place to learn sales and make good money.
