Sales environment has gotten much tougher to sell HRIS. Lots of new competitors coupled with many companies saying they are staying put due 'economic uncertainties'.

My overall experience in the role was positive but there is very limited upside financially and there was zero support from upper level leadership. Can be a great role with the right VP but if you are stuck with the wrong VP it isn’t a position you will want to stay in long.

Boiler room sales job, very unprofessional. Very high turnover and hire straight from college frats / sororities. It is nice to have a hybrid model and to have channel partners, however ADP and corporate America is trying to drag employees back into the office.
