Micromanagement in a nutshell! This org has no idea what they are doing. They outsourced their support and implementation teams. The SLT team is clueless and thinks pizza parties are motivators instead of raises. They provide a 3% raise when they feel like it, Its no wonder people depart for other payroll companies that pay way more.
