ADP pays their employees too little and their slt team is out of touch and thinks we want pizza parties rather than raises. The implementation team for our new platform ranges from good to awful with some implementation people causing deals to push.

My experience was positive for the most part. Internal collaboration between business units need some work in my opinion. Too much in-fighting and not enough team focused participation.
