Love it here it’s such a good company and you can make a lot of money here. The only downfall is does take some time I would say after a year or a year and a half you could seriously have a full blown career here

Great Team, excellent training, a brand name to leverage if you want to move roles, and lower base pay, but overall great starting role. The HCM market is saturated with players, but if you put in the work, you'll do well in the right market.

Depending on your area, you might get a terrible manager who micromanages and does not help you in any way. Also a toxic culture in my office and disrespect and discrimination. Once I brought this to the VP, it got a little better. All of the managers are rather dating or best friends so it’s hard to go to people.
