My overall experience at ADP has been if you are successful and produce, they will find ways to keep you thru additional compensation and promotion. If you go thru the motions, you will wash out within a year.

It was a great intro into sales since the training was so strong, but they definitely threw you in the deep end without a lot of resources to help with sourcing leads.
