I’ve worked in both leadership and a direct sales roles and been pretty successful the last 8 years. My best years in leadership (I’ve done for four years) I made 230k +. As a rep I’ve done 100-120k. I like our company’s culture, product, and generally there is enough opportunity.

I'm a BOD winner which is the top honor awarded to sales people here. The organization provides plenty of recognition for performers and regular training. It's a good place to start your sales career at the SMB level if you want to be an AE fast but they also hire the most unqualified sales people so 80% of reps will not hit quota.
