ADP offers amazing training and development, but one of the challenges that I’ve seen is that leadership will look at past performance to dictate who they will support and elevate and give more internal partners to then looking at current potential and that creates a challenge because there are people that are going to continue to make a lot of money and then there’s other people that are gonna to stay at the same level because they don’t get the same support. Your brand is everything and there is a lot of politics here!

My overall experience has been fine. In my role specifically, we get inbound leads but a lot of them are junk. Some are easy sales, one call close. Others take a little longer.
