Current Employee It’s been up and down. Out of 7 sellers only my team, only 3 benefit from having access to a channel who supplies leads or strong partners who bring them into an opportunity. It’s constant pressure to get meetings all the way up to 5:00p on Friday. The company model is to have either junior reps or brokers, CPAs, and bankers get you in front of the customer and upsell them to PEO. I’m 18 months in and plan to be out within 6 months.
