Positive overall. Deal cycles are too long and a lot of luck involved on whether or not you have good accounts who want to invest in technology or not.

Fun environment and culture, prospecting heavy role with no inbound leads from marketing, COI’s refer but takes awhile to build it up, a lot of micro management and focus on prospecting activity, high turnover with reps, potential to grow and make decent money but they work you to the bone.
