Fun environment and culture, prospecting heavy role with no inbound leads from marketing, COI’s refer but takes awhile to build it up, a lot of micro management and focus on prospecting activity, high turnover with reps, potential to grow and make decent money but they work you to the bone.

Great place to begin a sales career. This is my first sales job and I have been able to learn and grow at ADP. I do feel there are companies that compensate better.
