Fun environment and culture, prospecting heavy role with no inbound leads from marketing, COI’s refer but takes awhile to build it up, a lot of micro management and focus on prospecting activity, high turnover with reps, potential to grow and make decent money but they work you to the bone.

After being st ADP for 8 years and working in SBS and TotalSource, I’ve seen the good and bad. You need to find the right business unit for your personality and sales style preference. Base salaries are not amazing but there is a lot of potential for high earnings once over 120% of plan.
