ADP has an amazing training program and really helps with getting you comfortable selling and to sell well. The largest issue is our base salary, it’s very hard for employees to make a decent living. Most of the SMB reps can’t afford to pay their own rent and buy groceries each week. We make well below what the average base salary is.
