ADP has an amazing training program and really helps with getting you comfortable selling and to sell well. The largest issue is our base salary, it’s very hard for employees to make a decent living. Most of the SMB reps can’t afford to pay their own rent and buy groceries each week. We make well below what the average base salary is.

Overall it’s a good organization. With any that size there are good managers and bad. They don’t attract great talent because the entry level base pay is so low and the benefit plans are expensive. It’s a good place to start out because they’ll hire anyone.
