Compensation plan is uncompetitive compared to comparative roles considering the average deal length and amount of work done between selling. Some folks do quite well, however it is territory dependent and some leaders are a more natural fit in terms of guidance and success.

LOVE ADP, great Org, great training, very realistic in my region, and overall very good leadership. Doesn't hurt to be easily the top in the industry also.
