The opportunity here is amazing if you take full advantage of it. I believe the job can be relatively easy compared to other sales jobs due to the tools that ADP provides you with.

Overall my experience is positive. It is a total grind and managed services is an extremely hard product to sell. Not everyone needs to outsource HR or Payroll as an example. Think for the services we provide, our solution is grossly overpriced.

Very difficult to sell doing outbound to new clients. Moderate in inbound and to existing clients. Commissions and accelerators are attractive, but there's a clawback clause and reps have zero influence in implementation.
