My overall experience has been lots of highs and lows. I am in the ADM role and my managers or mentor have done nothing to help teach me how to sell. ADP has a great reputation for training their new employees but that is extremely dependent on where you are working. I was hoping to develop my skills in sales but it feels like I’m completely alone. I’m basically teaching myself the job and struggling to do find what works.
