Current Employee Good company to start your career in sales. The Sales Organisation is currently undergoing open heart surgery to transform the way sales are being done. With this said there are a lot of loose ends at the moment but also many things are changing for the better.
A lot has to be done in the marketing department because there are really no inbound leads coming in. Generating pipeline via cold outreach is really the only way to get opportunities which can be challenging in the current market situation.
All in all it’s a great company with great and smart people that constantly support each other. But there are many things that have to be done to stay competetive in the long run.
