Working as an Account Executive at ATOSS was a great start to my SaaS career. The company is a true leader in workforce management with an outstanding product you can be proud to sell. It’s a fast-paced, ever-changing environment — perfect for learning and growth, though sometimes intense. The culture is very performance-driven, which can feel a bit toxic at times but also highly motivating. Salary is strong for a first role, but progression is limited and pay could be more competitive. Overall, an excellent place to start, learn, and build a strong foundation in SaaS sales
