Former Employee Very much a hustlers role for someone fresh out of college. Job title was a "CSE" in Mid-Market and it's a demanding role that can be rewarding if you do well. Quota's are fair and don't change. A big factor is which region of the country you live in because ATT is perceived better in some markets than others. Like any big corporation, there is much micromanagement but also their leadership is relentless in developing your skills so it goes both ways. This is an extremely competitive market but the future for ATT looks bright at the moment with some of their acquisitions. If you are relentless and have a hustlers mindset then this is a good place to get your foot in the door to grow your career.
